Terry,
Have two new strong proponents for Ombudsman. One was out of town today and one is an in person rather than online person. Both are strong community door to door people. Mailings are very expensive and must be focused on high voting areas. Ombudsman issue is gaining fast momentum. Keep up the good work!.
Should you ask moderator of Flinttalk he could link Flint citizen?
Just a thought? |

Great work! You are leading by example.
Every piece of political material , to include yard signs, must say who paid for it. If we had a formal campaign committee, which we will next week, it could be that committee. This is state law. It will also just be too easy for our detractors to make critical comments if this notice is not given. To comply just write on the bottom with a pen Paid for by and your name and address.
Now as you are the yard sign campaign leader what can we do to help you?
We should all follow your example and not wait to follow ,just lead.
Thank You
Terry

I'll put it on mine. One side is okay. Great effort on your part. Why don't your ask the group , Flint Citizen, who wants yard signs, can help in the yard sign campaign and help in the assembly.
Thank you again

I want a yard sign and have a few wires and staple gun. Could find a good home for at least 4 or 5 at activist homes that have neighbors that pay attention to their position on city matters.
Need to work on a door to door campaign next.? We need some feet people! itemized talking points? It is not easy to explain...What the heck is an Ombudsman? How does this save money vs cost? What can the ombudsman do for me?
Feb. 23 is the debate meeting and Murphy's law will schedule 3 events on the same day. Affirmative Action discussion at U of M meeting room. |
