Author    Post   Steve Myers Site Admin Ballot Proposal For Police and Fire Protection Special Assessment NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR POLICE AND FIRE PROTECTION TO THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF GENESEE TOWNSHIP, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN, THE OWNERS AND OCCUPIERS OF LAND WITHIN THE PROPOSED POLICE AND FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS AND ANY AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing on March 23, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. at Kearsley High School Auditorium, 4302 Underhill Drive, Flint, Michigan, 48506 for the purpose of having a public discussion concerning the proposed Special Assessment for Police and Fire Protection; to discuss the amount of the proposed Assessment; to determine the Special Assessment Districts; and to set a time table for the purpose of the Special Assessment Tax Rolls to be reviewed and approved at a subsequent public meeting.
