From todays Journal.
"Another glorious icon of old Flint, the Capitol Theatre, is also up for possible renovation, even though that ultra-ambitious dream would take an estimated $40 million. But hopes are buoyed by a $50,000 feasibility study being paid for by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation. A restoration and reopening of the grand theater, probably under UM-Flint auspices, would create a venue with a special draw for youths"
A draw for Flint youths jeez you better have your second chance vest on when you attend this $40,000,000 turkey. I wonder if Baracko included this in his stimulatin bill. |
