Bush is a bigtime Keynesian because he is a big supporter of Central economic planning. (Federal Reserve). Putting money into failed programs is a great way to destroy wealth. We already spend the most on education. Since Obama helped spend billions on Kenesian aid to the banks it will be even harder to afford his new programs.
