No, the party didn't want your vote to count, if you remember correctly. |

That is so stale, Dave. Which is it? The Messiah or Paris Hilton? Making a mockery of your own party's religious foundations or casting a fellow Senator as an overexposed, talentless example of the same misappropriated wealth the Conservatives apologists defend? Either way, it's a far cry from 'honor.' But since when has honor mattered to those who judge the character of others (and apparently themselves) against the examples set by the Roves, Limbaughs, Bushes, and O'Reilly's of the world? Enough already. We get it. You have a hard-on for liberal-hating and liberal-haters. Congratulations. The rest of us fail to realize how that benefits our country. But by all means, have it your way. The more you guys splash around in the mud, giggling to yourselves, reciting the same contrived mischaracterizations and lame punch lines, the more obvious it becomes to undecided voters whose supporters actually know what they're talking about and whose simply enjoy rolling around in the dirt with each other.
What's McCain's stance on economic disparity? Or perhaps you haven't yet been taught a funny joke to tell about those who think that actually matters.

Simply pointed out that he's a celebrity, which is what people seem to want. |

Bush is a celebrity too and you can have him – tragic comic genius that he is.
I'm pointing out that criticizing Obama simply because so many people are responding to his message and manner is clearly nothing but sour grapes foolishness. You think being a boring old soldier for the status quo is what we need? You can't bring the country together if nobody but your old Navy buddies are paying attention to you - between naps and more out of pity than conviction. Honestly, do you really think "I have no charisma and nobody listens to a word I say" is a winning message?? Good luck with that. I'm sure it will serve you as well as demeaning perceptible 'leadership' down to the level of tawdry 'celebrity' has. |

Be careful how you throw around "charisma", PD. If you haven't heard,
charisma
is synonymous with
Hitler.
Clearly if someone is charismatic they want to take over the world and slaughter millions. I know. Some right wing wacko wrote it on a message board so it must be true. |

Ah yes the favorite mantra of the libs Income disparity. Of course what that all means is some socialist like Obama will pull a number out of the air ya know x amount of dollars. I believe in lord Barackos case that number is now $250k. And has happened in the past some socialist asshole like Barry will decide that those who have attained that income or above must surely have stolen it or took it from some poor folk and at any rate is way more than they need so its time for Lord Baracko to take a big chunk of that dough and disperse to those who are more deserving. Once again of course the Mighty Baracko will decide who that might be. Same old playbook different quarterback but the same old socialist bullshit.

The libs kinda remind me of my sister-in-law......neither her or her hubby bother to have a job...(waste of time)...but they can find the money for drugs and want me to lend them money all the time.
I told her I will loan her money...when she shows me a paycheck where she has worked as many hours that week as I had. So far she hasn't presented a check where she has worked 60 hours in a week. Lazy people always want hand outs. The rich people got there because SOMEBODY worked hard. |

And there you have it, folks. Stratton, who has "always been a democrat", has such a weak will of his own that he has cast his lot with the "lib haters".
Your argument that it's just Obama that you don't like has just fallen apart. |

Not giving money to someone that refuses to work makes him a "lib hater"? |

The statement would have been fine if he hadn't started it with "the libs kind of remind me of...." and then finished with people who refuse to work and beg for money.
Yah, that's really typical of the people on this board. |

Good point! I meant 'turbo-charged folksiness.'
PS: 2tap, the LAZY RICH
have
stolen from the WORKING POOR for decades - through stagnating wages; tax loopholes, breaks, and havens; union busting; driving wages down via outsourcing; energy indifference; health, education, and housing debt traps; the ownership society racket; the knowledge economy BS; convincing other working people into believing that the construction crew who builds a luxury hotel and the staff who clean and run it day-to-day are lazy – while Mr. Hilton is thought to be 'hard at work' in his corner office dripping beads of sweat trying to figure out how to skimp on the wages he'll pay those who make it possible to charge his guests $1,000 per night. You call it socialist. Some call it righting the ship. An objective observer 100 years from now will probably call it justice - or how the U.S. non-violently overthrew its rouge, power and wealth grabbing elite (and silenced their confused but deafening apologists) before our violent tendencies and liberal gun laws realized where the real evil-doers live. |
