No worries. 8 point bucks will be a thing of the past so long as people abandon cities for the north country, build their McMansions and demand modern conveniences (Super Wal-Mart, Applebees etc.) in formerly quaint vacation destinations. (sound familiar)
I'd be more frightened of being struck by a hulking Hummer driven by a gun-toting, cell phone talking, compassionate conservative.

The deer will be in the the cities. There's a small herd along the Flint River in the Rollingwood area. Also, a small flock of Turkeys there.

I can remember a while back when their was a proposal to change Rollingwood to Rollingweed I wonder what ever happened to that idea???

You mean like Forest (Max Brandon) park? The Federally protected "wetlands" area in there is where I used to ice skate every winter.

A friend of mine just got one of those. It's essentially a roll cage with plastic panels. Kind of a neat little car, I got to sit inside it and it was roomy enough to make me forget there weren't actually any back seats. It doesn't get as good of gas mileage as you would think, though - around 35 or so. My Civic gets that now and it might stand up a little better against that 8 point buck.

Or a 20lb possum. No back seats no big deal this didnt have any either didnt quite make 35 to the gallon of Sunoco 260.
