Our culture does not accept people the way they are. For example it's common knowlegde that child abuse can cause problems later in life but those people are still convicted just like everyone else.
If Hitler would have just given or paid Jewish women like we commonly do in black neighborhoods would that have been o.k.? Some people debate how many Jews were killed but I have never heard anyone debate that 5 million blacks have died at the abortion clinic.
Hitler also carried out some gruesome experiments but isn't standing by watching a human baby suffer and die pretty gruesome which Obama supports. Some pro-abortion groups don't even support that.
There are some wacko Christian groups out there but not all Christian viewpoints should be immediately discounted because of the few black sheep.
What if someone is homosexual or prone to sex crimes because of child abuse. Shouldn't we have some counseling/intervention programs for them?

Um, the argument that you are presenting is tantamount to comparing apples and oranges. Possibly, hijacking the thread?
The original topic was homosexuality, not "Chester the Molester" or any other topic.
I know that you and I agree about Papal infallibility and the like, but even the Pope/The German Shepard agreed that homosexuality does not equate to pedophelia (sp).
We are talking about two people of the same sex loving each other.

I was saying people who are sexually abused may be more likely to become homosexual in addition to becoming more likely to become abusers themselves. I'm not sure if you have any kids but it almost seems to me like young girls are almost encouraged/pressured to participate in homosexual behavior. Some people may be naturally drawn to homosexuality but I'd prefer to prevent abuse that leads people towards homosexuality.

I think common Christian values do have a place in our society. I do equate murdering babies with murdering jews because they are both human beings. Indeed, I heard Obama say just today that he spent Memorial day watching human babies suffer and die gruesomely. Widespread support for the activity has led him to add it to his platform.
