Author    Post   Ted Jankowski F L I N T O I D What was the first thing Ed Kurtz did when he took over Flint? Help me with my memory, please. I had thought he had given a few administrators raises? (who where they and what did they do/doing now? how are they earnin their pay?) Didn't he fill two positions that the council would not approve becuase of lack of money in the budget? (economic devlepoment poisiton of some type?) How have we (City of Flint) benefitted by the actual things he did? Flint Journal tax abatement and punishing the city council for blowing the whistle on the Stanley Administration?
