Author    Post   untanglingwebs El Supremo I have read some recent stories about crime in downtown Flint, including a bank robbery on November 21st. at Citizens. Since downtown pays for extra police protection, why is one officer being pulled every Tuesday and Friday to work for "selective enforcemnt", usually traffic duties? Does anyone have an answer?
