Author    Post   Not Cherry F L I N T O I D CHERRY OF MONTROSE NOW WANTS TO TRY TO SAVE FLINT BY RUNNING THE LAND BANK. Senator Deborah Cherry , Public Servant for life, will announce her candidacy to be Genesee County Treasurer from the Land Bank Offices Downtown Flint at 8AM 3/26/10. The County treasurer runs the Land Bank. http://www.thelandbank.org/ Why is this announcement taking place at the corporate office of the Land Bank? Is this some sort of insiders elitist move? Are the powers to be letting us know who THEY want as County Treasurer? The Land Bank controls 30% of the Property in the City of Flint. Now everyone needs a retirement plan. And for Cherry to take this political job will give her a retirement and the citizens a failed land use policy. Can we afford Deb Cherry? THE CHERRY DYNASTY IS MOVING FROM THEIR LANSING PALACE TO THE FLINT/GENESEE MANOR We need proven can do leadership in the Land Bank. Deb Cherry has just been taking up space for 20 years. Just ask yourself how have we been made better off because she was our elected leader for one half a life time? DEB CHERRY THINKS AND ACTS LIKE SHE IS ENTITLED Why should we tolerate her parking her self in the Genesee County Treasurers office? Speed is always looking for a way to help her brother financially. Could it be because he is executor of the fathers estate?
