Former owner of the Family Market, Richfield Rd., Flint.
Victor was shot by thieves and has extensive medical bills that
continue to climb as he still is recovering.

Victor was shot 3 times by a 45 and thieves are still at large.
$80. stolen from the till does not compare to extensive medical costs.
Victor is recovering with therapy.
His wife has donated all items from store shelves to non-profits and shelters.
