I always hated it when a dog bites someone the dumbass owner of the dog would always say " he/she never bit anyone before" That's why you have to keep the F*&@ing dogs on leashes or behind fences high enough to stop them from getting out in the first place you friggin morons! If you can't afford a chain ( and not in the front yard which allows the damned dogs to nail people walking on the sidewalks but in the BACKYARD where dogs are supposed to be at, especially if they are dangerous) then you shouldn't have a damned dog! But hey,in Flint,dogs probably get treated better that most of the kids. |

| Thats because in Flint the dogs are smarter then most of the kids or at the very least less like animals. |
