She understood federal grants. sadly Williamson did not keep her. I have said this about many entities that receive tax dollars: If they need a babysitter, get them one! As it is quite apparent that the Walling administration has demonstrated one incompetence after another, none of them are capable of running this city in an effective manner that benefits the residents. We need a tough EFM who doesn't owe anyone any favors and can cut the pigs off from the trough. The city hall preschool needs a super nanny who won't take any of their crap and turn this city around. I would tell you to send letters to congressmen, state reps and the governor.
