I missed the first part of the call, so I don't know what the crime was. Also - a domestic call taken by a Sergeant. ( which includes Hurley,Mclaren, Kettering, U of M, Mott, CC ). In the last 15 years over a billion dollars has been invested in those areas. Millions more are coming and will be invested within the next 24 months. Pouring more money into areas with no hope is simply hopeless.
