First call, occupied house on Walter, near Dayton & Clio Rd. Second call shortly after, abandoned commercial structure at Davison & Iowa - Brown's Funeral Home? Heard them pulling a truck from Walter to go to Davison Rd.

Dave, there's a building on the southwest corner of Davison & Iowa that hosted the Flint Judo Club many years ago. It's been other names since then, and someone has uploaded a picture to Google Maps calling it Flint Dojo.

It was a bit West of Brown's, across from the empty Homedale school.

Some law enforcement and corrections people trained there.

There are a number of abandoned buildings just west of the dojo. Some have been hit with arsons before.

Saw the photo in the Journal and it looks like the old repair shop or the house next to it. A friend drove by there and said the onloookers were enmasse long before the fire crew could make it.
